Completed in 2007, the Isles of Bellalago project consisted of the full site development with infrastructure, roads, bridges, storm water ponds, underground utilities on this 345 Acre master planned community. Work included starting with virgin property; clearing; grubbing; erosion/sedimentation control; mass earthwork/fine grading; stormwater management systems; wetlands mitigation with plantings, roadways/alleyways; parking facilities; sidewalks; all gravity and pressure utility systems; lift stations; elect ductbank & roadway lighting. Excavated and placed 1.4 million cubic yards of embankment/excavation.
