Completed in 1963 by American Bridge, the Inter-American Highway Bridges project consisted of fabricating and constructing 39 bridges comprising 112 spans on the Inter-American Highway in Costa Rica. This included six truss spans ranging from 150′ to 250′ and the remainder consisting of plate girder or “I” Beam spans.
