Completed in 2000 by Southland Contracting, the IM20-4(240) I20 Tarrant County Project consisted of installing approximately 648 linear feet of 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and hand tunneling methods, and 130 linear feet of 30-inch RCP by TBM and hand tunneling methods.
