Completed in 1979 by American Bridge, the IBM Building project consisted of the fabrication and erection of a 43-story high-rise building and an adjacent Bonwit Teller department store. The project utilized two 1500 Favco cranes and a Manitowoc 4100 crane. The building footprint measured 195′ x 200′, and the site was located at 57th & Lexington in NYC.
