Completed in 2003 by Johnson Bros. Corporation, the I-10 Lake Ponchatrain Causeway Bridge Rehabilitation project consisted of the construction of a low-level causeway structure (both lanes) on I-10 over the Ponchatrain Lake. Each lane was approximately 3,000 linear feet. Additional scope included approximately 40 feet over water; 48-inch cylinder pile and AASHTO girder bridge.
