Completed in 2006 by Southland Contracting, the Holly 54-inch Water Main, Phase 1, Unit 3, Section A Project consisted of furnishing and installing approximately 855 linear foot long tunnel for the installation of a 54-inch water pipe, of which 705 linear feet was under the West Fork Trinity River. Tunnel was constructed in the Eagle Ford Shale Geological formation. Shaft depths were 84 foot and 77 foot deep.
