Completed in 2006, the Hines Energy – N-16 Cooling Expansion Site Development project consisted of the construction of a dam across ponds creating an 800 Acre pond. This project consisted of dewatering, hauling, and placing 2 million cubic yards of dirt and placed as embankment. Site work included grading; drainage; underground utilities; outfall structures; sodding; geo matting; erosion control; etc.
