Completed in 1995 by American Bridge, the Green River Bridge project involved rehabilitating twin steel deck plate girder bridges on I-26 in Hendersonville. Work included adding cover plates to girders, removing expansion dams, converting the bridge to continuous spans, installing new dams at the abutments, and resurfacing the deck. The four-span bridge features continuous spans of 260′, 330′, and 100′.
