Completed in 2008 by Southland Contracting, the Govalle 2 – Blunn Creek Area Wastewater Improvements Project consisted of installing approximately 156 linear feet of 52-inch rock tunnel by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and 129 linear feet of 48-inch wood box tunnel. Installation of carrier pipe within tunnel.
