Frontera Force Main Emergency Contract – Phase 2

Phase 2 focused on repairing, rehabilitating, replacing, and abandoning the existing force mains and all appurtenances. Improvements included residuals handling facilities and the demolition and decommissioning of existing facilities. The team was responsible for managing all field operations, resource acquisition, budget, pay applications, and billing management. The team led the planning and implementation of all work for this phase and managed emergency work operations outside the original Frontera scope, along with leading progress and design meetings with the owner and engineers.
