Completed in 2004 by Southland Contracting, the Frisco-McKinney Pipeline Project consisted of installing approximately 133 linear feet of 90-inch liner plate tunnel, 60 linear feet of 90-inch line plate tunnel, and 110 linear feet of 90-inch liner plate tunnel.
