Completed in 1970 by American Bridge, the Fremont Bridge features Oregon’s longest main span and is the world’s second longest tied arch bridge. American Bridge fabricated the piers and superstructure, which were erected on barges by Murphy Pacific. The arch rises 381′ above water, with the deck at 175′.
