Completed in 2001 by American Bridge, the FOCOL Fuel Transfer Platform project consisted of a design/build 35’ by 20’ concrete dock structure supporting three rotating counterweight marine arms. The work included installation of 3” by 24″ pipe piles, a precast substructure and deck section, and a concrete deck topping wear surface.
