Completed in 2003 by Southland Contracting, the FM 1382 Water and Sewer Relocations Project consisted of installing approximately 712 linear feet of 18-inch steel casing by jack and bore methods, 482 linear feet of 14-inch steel casing by jack and bore methods, 33 linear feet of 28-inch steel casing by other than open cut, and 98 linear feet of 8-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer by other than open cut.
