Completed in 2000 by American Bridge, the Florida DOT Turnpike District Administration Complex is a 160,200 SF development consisting of four buildings: a 108,000 SF headquarters, 22,500 SF law enforcement building, 22,500 SF operations office, and 7,200 SF trades building. The buildings feature precast concrete frames, with a reinforced masonry system for the trades building. The complex includes various offices, assembly and lounge spaces, secure areas, and advanced systems for telecommunications, fire alarms, and security.
