Completed in 1970 by American Bridge, the First National Bank of Birmingham project consisted of the fabrication and erection of a 28-story office building measuring 112 feet by 140 feet and rising to a height of 392 feet, featuring a 56-foot by 56-foot concrete core. The project also included a two-story banking area measuring 66 feet by 267 feet and 39 feet high.
