Completed in 2006 by American Bridge, the FDOT Tampa Bay SunGuide Center project involved constructing a 20,000 SF, two-story building with associated site work. The building featured concrete footers, steel superstructure, brick facade, metal roof, and a central energy plant. Special features included a redundant power system, concrete roof panels, and exterior coiling shutters.
