Completed in 2027 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Elm Fork WTP Filter Complex, Phase 1 project consisted of new filter complex and miscellaneous site work improvements. Scope of work includes grading to manage storm water flow, temporary asphalt paving, proposed facilities, and adding electrical infrastructure to support the new facilities.
