Completed in 2023 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Elm Fork Relief Interceptor EF-R1/EF-R2 Project consisted of approximately 11,800 linear feet of 72-inch sewer line, 330 linear feet of 72-inch FRP, and relocation of existing 375 linear feet of 30-inch RCP waterline. Additional work consisted of constructing new junction box JB-6A, installation of manholes and related appurtenances at JB-6, a new meter station and associated piping, rehabilitation of existing junction box JB1D, and site restoration.
