Elm Fork Relief Interceptor EF, Phase 2A – Lift Station No. 1 Replacement

Completed in 2020 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Elm Fork Relief Interceptor EF, Phase 2A – Lift Station No. 1 Replacement Project involved constructing a new 20.5 MGD capacity submersible lift station with a permanent emergency generator. The underground lift station structure consisted of a 20-foot by 5-foot by 33.5 deep influent box, a 26-foot by 20-foot by 49-foot deep divided wet well and a 26-foot by 12-inch by 9-foot valve vault, and installation of 4 submersible pumps. Once the new lift station was in service, the existing lift station was demolished.
