Completed in 2001 by Southland Contracting, the East Side Water Treatment Plant Process Improvements Phase 2 Project consisted of installing approximately 40 linear feet of 20-inch by other than open cut (OTOC) method, approximately 40 linear feet of 30-inch by OTOC method, approximately 69 linear feet of 14-inch by OTOC method, approximately 60 linear feet of 24-inch by OTOC method, and approximately 65 linear feet of 54-inch by OTOC method.
