Completed in 2007 by Southland Contracting, the Eagle Mountain Connection Pipeline Project consisted of installing approximately 1,480 linear feet of 96-inch steel water pipe inside 116-inch liner plate tunnel using a 10 foot Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). Crossing included IH-20, IH-30, State Hwy 377, State Hwy 580 and Union Pacific Railway.
