Completed in 2020 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the E-19 Seguin Road to Nacogdoches Road Project consisted of the replacement and upsizing of 3.1 miles (16,368 linear feet) of 48-inch gravity wastewater mains with larger 78-inch mains. Additional scope of work included elimination of one siphon and abandonment of the existing 48-inch main.
