Completed in 2009 by American Bridge, the Drydock No. 3 and Berth No. 11 Modifications project involved repairs to Berth 11, including concrete covering, bulkhead restoration, and fender repairs along 1,200′. Drydock No. 3 received concrete and structural repairs, deck resurfacing, mechanical restoration, and utility upgrades.
