Completed in 2023 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the DFW Facilities Relocation and Consolidation (Southwest Consolidation Campus Roads and Utilities Phase 1B) Project consisted of the replacement and installation of sanitary sewer, recycled water, natural gas, and communication line in the Southwest quadrant of DFW Airport for new development of the area. Additional work consisted of paving 3 different roads and boring work underneath International Pkwy.
