Completed in 2001 by American Bridge, the Dearborn Center project involved the fabrication and erection of structural steel for a 37-story, 1,500,000 SF office building in Chicago, standing 518′ high. The project utilized large 55,000 SF floorplates with a steel-framed core. Erection was done using two AB-owned tower cranes, starting in October 2000 and finishing in December 2001. The structural steel weighed 15,000 tons.
