Completed in 2002 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Dallas Force Main project consisted of approximately 30,000 linear feet of 16-inch HDPE Pipe. Project utilized a directional drilling rig which was used to tunnel under the Trinity River. Soil conditions were limestone and clay. Line was to connect Central / Southside Wastewater Treatment Plants.
