Completed in 2010 by Southland Contracting, the Contract Section 1 – Gravity Sewers & Tunnels Project consisted of the excavation of approximately 600 linear feet of 36-inch, 810 linear feet of 48-inch, and 85 linear feet of 6-inch gravity sewers with manholes and appurtenances, a tunnel with 60-inch carrier pipe approximately 1,700 linear feet long, a screw pump lift station structure, and miscellaneous item of work.
