Concrete Repair, Utility Upgrade DD3, and Repalcement of Berth 11

Completed in 2009 by American Bridge, the project involved concrete repairs, utility upgrades, and Berth 11 replacement. Work included structural concrete repairs, bulkhead and fender repairs along 1,200′, resurfacing, and mechanical restoration at Dry Dock 3.
