Completed in 2004 by American Bridge, the College Corner Building project in Merchants Square, Colonial Williamsburg, involved the design and construction of a 35,000 SF office and retail building. The design included English Brownstone, limestone, handmade brick, and mahogany storefronts. The building features a concrete basement, structural steel frame, Buckingham slate roofs, and a new electrical transformer. Designed for authenticity, it complied with local safety standards and was developed by Erith & Terry Architects and Glave & Holmes Associates.
