Completed in 2024 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Coffee Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Expansion project consisted of new structures, yard piping, and site improvements of a water resource recovery facility. Scope of work includes constructing a maintenance building, blower building, control building, aerobic digesters and thickening building, dewatering building, lift station, excess flow holding basin, selector basin, aeration basin, secondary clarifier, recycled pump station, headworks, and site work.
