American Bridge reconstructed 6,000′ of the elevated three-track Green Line for the Chicago Transit Authority. AB’s work included the complete replacement of the foundations, columns and transverse floor trusses (with girders). The foundations are concrete, the columns are concrete and steel and the new transverse girders are also steel.
