This project involved program and construction management for infrastructure development for a 300 acre new phase of a 2,800 acre residential development. Scope included management of design, permitting and construction for sitework, roadwork, potable water distribution, wastewater distribution, reclaimed water distribution system, natural gas system, electrical service, telecommunications, stormwater management and common area development. The development contains about 500 single family homes and 100 multi-family units.
