Completed in 2005, the Cargill Fertilizer – SFMD-5 Clay Settling Dam Site Development project consisted of the construction of approximately 900 Acres of clay settling dam. The project included demucking; excavation; hauling; dewatering; and constructing a dam in the existing settling lake. Handled 2.6 million cubic yards of embankment. Installed 10,000 linear feet of crest and toe drains along the roads.
