Completed in 2021 by Southland Contracting, the C5 Culebra Castroville to Laredo, Phase 1B Project consisted of the sanitary sewer construction with depths of 20 feet and vertical trench protection. This project consists of approximately 12,700 linear feet of various size sanitary sewer and 2,450 linear feet of waterline.
