Completed in 2027 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Bull Run Filtration Facility project consisted of constructing a new water treatment facility capable of producing up to 135 MGD. Subcontract scope of work includes furnishing and installing 37,000 linear feet of yard and under slab piping, which entails 8,000 linear feet of small bore, 16,000 linear feet of DIP, 8,000 linear feet of 6-inch to 72-inch C200, 5,000 linear feet of PVC/HDPE. Additional work includes cathodic protection, precast structures, reinforced concrete encasement for yard and under slab piping.
