Completed in 2005 by Southland Contracting, the Buffalo Creek Interceptor System Transfer Project consisted of installing approximately 635 linear feet of 60-inch steel pipe, 220 linear feet of 61-inch steel pipe, and 194 linear feet of 54-inch steel pipe.
