Briar Creek Relief Sewer – Phase 1

Completed in 2010 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Briar Creek Relief Sewer – Phase I Project consisted of the installation of approximately 7,100 linear feet of 60-inch relief sewer and 5,400 linear feet of 72-inch relief sewer with associated manholes, a division structure, and removal and abandonment of existing sewers, paving and site restoration. A portion of the pipeline was installed in a golf course which required restoration. Scope of work included, clearing, grading, excavation for pipeline installation, structural concrete placement, rip rap placement and final restoration.
