Completed in 2001 by Southland Contracting, the Bore for TI Blvd and Walnut Hill Tunnel Project consisted of installing approximately 395 linear feet of 36-inch bore with steel casing for fiber optic cables and 63 linear feet of 48-inch wood box hand tunnel.
