Boggy Creek – Site Development and Bridge

Completed in 2006, the Boggy Creek – Site Development and Bridge project consisted of the full site development of 110 Acres. The development started with virgin property. The scope included clearing; grubbing; erosion/sedimentation/turbidity control; mass earthwork/fine grading; stormwater management systems; wetlands mitigation with plantings; roadways/alleyways; parking facilities; sidewalks; all gravity and pressure utility systems; lift stations; elect ductbank & roadway lighting; flexible paving; slope paving; 1000 linear feet of low level ASSHTO girder bridge; piling; MSE walls. This project had approximately 175,000 cubic yards of excavation and 20 Acres of ponds.
