Boeing 747 Airplane Final Assembly Building

Completed in 1968 by American Bridge, the Boeing 747 Final Assembly Building is one of the world’s largest, spanning 522,600 SF. The L-shaped structure is 402′ wide, 1,000′ long, and 113′-6″ high, with an additional 402′ x 300′ section. American Bridge also built the Clean and Paint and Sub Assembly buildings, bringing the total project area to 1,326,600 SF.
