Completed in 2014 by Southland Contracting, the Blue River No. 21 Project consisted of the construction and furnishment of approximately 1,120 linear feet of 48-inch diameter casing pipe with 30-inch ductile iron carrier pipe and 1,050 linear feet of 72-inch casing pipe with 42-inch carrier pipe.
