Corporation, the Baldwin Park Development Company – Units 2, 3, & 4 project consisted of the full site development of 1,100 acres starting with demolition of existing streets and infrastructure, includes clearing; grubbing; erosion/sedimentation control; mass earthwork/fine grading; stormwater management systems; roadways/alleyways; parking facilities; sidewalks; all gravity and pressure utility systems; lift stations; electrical ductbank and roadway lighting.
