Completed in 2009 by American Bridge, the Bakers Bay Marine and Civil Improvements Phase I involved constructing civil infrastructure for a development on Great Guana Cay, Bahamas. This included a 160-slip marina, seven miles of roadways, utilities for homes and the marina, and dredging 1.1M cubic yards of material for land reclamation. Additionally, American Bridge renovated an existing dock, cleared paths and service roads, and constructed a new service pier.
