Completed in 2006 by American Bridge, the Bakers Bay Development project involved renovating an existing dock, clearing paths for eight tent locations, and installing foundations, a reverse osmosis plant, and a sewer system. A new 212′ by 52′ service pier was constructed with 18″ square concrete piles and 18′ diameter steel pipe piles. The deck featured pre-stressed panels and cast-in-place concrete with a roll-on/roll-off ramp. The project also included dredging 70,000 CY of material.
