Completed in 2004 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Bachman Water Treatment Plant Hydraulic Improvements Raw Water Pipeline project consisted of the installation of 96-inch and 72-inch Sewer pipe, 1,400 linear feet of 104-inch tunnel, misc. concrete items, manholes, junction boxes, intake structure and connection to existing 10-foot by 10-foot box culvert.
