Completed in 2003 by Southland Contracting, the Bachman Lake Water Treatment Plant Project consisted of installing approximately 60 linear feet of 24-inch casing pipe by other than open cut (OTOC) for 18-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) Sedimentation Basins 5 & 6 to new MH, and 48 linear feet of 24-inch casing pipe by OTOC for 12-inch DIP drains under existing Flocculation Basin #3.
