Completed in 2005 by Southland Contracting, the Allen/Plano/Frisco/McKinney Pipeline Project consisted of installing approximately 1,727 linear feet of 90-inch diameter tunnel with liner plate lining by use of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and hand mining methods.
