Completed in 2011 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Allen/Plano/Frisco/McKinney Pipeline Project B, Phase 2 consisted of the installation of approximately 28,435 linear feet of 96-inch diameter treated water transmission pipeline and appurtenances. Traffic control and flagging service associated with work near the street. Scope of work included, clearing, grading, excavation for pipeline installation, structural concrete placement, rip rap placement and final restoration.
