Completed in 2003 by American Bridge, the Aircraft Maintenance Hangar P-523 project involved constructing a 40,000 SF hangar and two-story office building. It included demolishing the existing hangar and installing 276 precast piles, pile caps, and grade beams. The hangar features a steel-framed structure with cantilever roof trusses, a 20,000 SF concrete slab, and specialized flooring. The building is equipped with overhead cranes, a fire suppression system, and maintenance facilities. The structure is clad in insulated metal panels, metal roofing, and aluminum storefronts.
